VILE PRIVATE SAUK, TIRANE, ALBANIA
The property is located in a moderately populated area, with existing buildings,
which has undergone major changes in the last 20 years. In the area, there are
many single-family residential buildings.
The object in terms of typology and architecture, also receiving impetus from the investor, has been developed in a modern style while preserving the characteristics of the area. In the architectural solution, since the plan has a rectangular shape, it has been attempted to create rational spaces and regular volumes. The facades have been treated in such a way that the architecture is connected with the natural elements of the area. The treatment with white and gray graffiti plaster will be combined with the window profiles, which will be respectively in these colors. In the western part, treatment with vertical brise-soleil is proposed for shading the building. The cracks in the north-western part are large, since the other two sides are limestone.
