“MULLIRI I VJETER” & CENTRAL OFFICES
With a proven experience in the industry of coffee one of the best brands in
Albania is developing new headquarters at the industrial area nearby Tirana`s
headquarters.
The project is concepted to form in three main building unit materializing a
modern architecture through straight geometric shapes including two elements
of: metallic construction, double skin facade allowing much more flexibility for
opening spaces.
The object is designed to be covered with a “fabric” (double-skin facade) which presents it as a homogeneous volume, the uniformity of which is disturbed by the interventions of different volumetric elements which also coincide with the spaces or cracks associated with the interior operation of the building.
The project or its elements in particular, are the expression of the effort to synthesize the ambition, potential and symbol of the company through a powerful geometric figure such as its triangle or segments. This effort is seen in the central compositional element in the main facade that represents the main entrance of the building, the horizontal volumes and up to the elements of the fence such as railings, etc. The project does not attempt to merge or equate the appearance of the building with the architecture of the area, but seeks to create a new identity along this important axis while materializing developments and innovations in the materials used for facades.
