Multistorey building situated in an important urban area in Tirana, Ali Demi. The building accomodates several services apart from the main function, residential.

The project or its elements in particular, are the expression of the contextual aspect, and urban conditions. The concept generates a clean architecture with a compound volume which generates a volumetric scaling. Each “step” serves as a balcony or terrace.
