The project consists of a multifunctional building that develops up to a height of four floors. This build-ing will include various functions such as a kindergarten, youth center, elderly center, worship halls and classrooms, analysis laboratory, offices corresponding to the above-mentioned functions, gym, etc. The building occupies a total footprint of 1,322 m² and has a total construction area of 4,702 m².
The building is divided into four main volumes, whose separation is emphasized through their form and the treatment of façade materials. Access to the property is from the western side of the site, both for pe-destrians and vehicles. In total, the building has 5 entrances to meet the needs of its functions
Projekti konsiston në një objekt polifunksional, i cili zhvillohet deri në lartesinë e katër kateve. Në këtë objekt do ketë funksione të ndryshme si, kopësht, qendër rinore, qendër për të moshuarit, salla dhe kla-sa te kultit, laborator analizash, zyra përkatëse për funksionet e sipër përmëndura, palester etj. Objekti zë në total një gjurmë prej 1322 m2 dhe sipërfaqe ndërtimi totale prej 4702 m2. Objekti është i ndarë në katër volume kryesore, ndarja e të cilave theksohet përmes formës si dhe trajtimit të materialeve të fasa-dës. Hyrja ne pronë bëhet nga ana perëndimore e sheshit, si për kalimtaret dhe per autmjetet. Gjithsej në objekt janë 5 hyrje për plotesuar nevojën për funksionet e objektit.
