After the successful design and implementation of the Delta Pharma Headquar-ters in Tirana, the broadening network in the region of Delta Pharma, gave our office the possibility to design again for a 2000 sq meters industrial building, com-posed from the “core” part with the company offices and the back part consisting in a pharmaceutical warehouse.
The design follows almost the same style as in Delta Tirane,metaphorising the in-vestors vision for the company. The frontal volume is “cracked” in the central part, creating dynamics and bringing light to the interior.
Pas projektimit dhe zbatimit të suksesshëm të zyrave Qendrore të Delta Pharma në Tiranë, zgjerimi i rrjetit në rajon, i dha zyrës sonë mundësinë të projektonte sërish për një godinë industriale me sipërfaqe 2000 metra katrorë, e përbërë nga pjesa “berthame” me kompaninë. zyrat dhe pjesa e pasme e perbere nga nje magazine farmaceutike.Dizajni ndjek pothuajse të njëjtin stil si në Delta Tirana, duke metaforizuar vizionin e investitorëve për kompaninë. Vëllimi ballor është “krisur” në pjesën qendrore, duke krijuar dinamikë dhe duke sjellë dritë në brendësi.
