Residential Villas Sauk

The villas are presented with a modern minimalist architecture, built with clean geometric volumes and flat façades. The dominant element is the use of panels with decorative ceramic modules that create a play of light and shadow and ensure privacy while maintaining an elegant aesthetic. The materials, in natural ter-racotta tones, harmonize with the surrounding greenery, while the rhythm of the façades and the interplay of closed and open spaces create a balanced and contemporary composition.

The buildings occupy a total footprint of 684 m² and a total construction area of 1,482 m². Each building is divided into two main volumes, emphasized through their height and façade treatment.

Vilat paraqiten me një arkitekturë moderne minimaliste, të ndërtuara me volume të pastërta gjeo-metrike dhe fasada të rrafshëta. Elementi dominues është përdorimi i paneleve me module qeramike dekorative që krijojnë një lojë dritë-hije dhe garantojnë privatësi, duke ruajtur një estetikë elegante. Materialet në nuanca natyrore terakote lidhen harmonikisht me gjelbërimin përreth, ndërsa ritmi i fasadave dhe hapësirat e mbyllura e të hapura krijojnë një kompozim të balancuar dhe bashkëko-hor.
