The building, in terms of typology and architecture, and also taking into account the vision of the investor, has been developed in a modern style while preserving the characteristics of the area. In the architectural solution, given that the plan has a rectangular form with a curved southern orientation, the design aims to create rational spaces and well-defined volumes. The façades are treated in a way that connects the architecture with the natural elements of the surroundings. The main façade material is stone, combined with other complementary elements. The roof represents another key element of the building, characterized by an organic design.

Objekti në pikëpamje të tipologjisë dhe arkitekturës duke mare shtysë edhe nga investitori është zhvilluar me një stil modern duke ruajtur karakteristikat e zonës. Ne zgjidhjen arkitektonike, duke qënë se plani ka një formë drejtkendore të harkuar ne pjesen e orientuar nga jugu, është tentuar të krijohen hapsira racionale dhe volume të rregullta.
